Went to the dentist today. He just add 2 E-bands in my lower arch and it hurts like "heaven".
Imagine how suffering C and L feels. @_@
Now, I'm having minor pain (itchiness) and I can't eat and chew properly. *sigh*
So, it's always the best to stay healthy.
Don't forget to eat your supplements.
I'm not even sick.
It's just that my lower arch is itchy when I did nothing and it hurts when I chew. That's all.
